"I read these reviews on here & laughed out loud. Don't know who they're talking about. NOT my experience with this agent. I've never had such a bad experience with an insurance agent and I never even had a claim. I couldn't get a bill from them for 1st 18 months and when I made my 3rd visit to the office to try yet again to straighten it out, this agent scolded me for being upset then pulled out, no kidding, a gallon sized ziploc bag full of inhalers & pill bottles & proceeds to dose himself in front of me. I finally checked around after 3 yrs and saved $1600 a year between auto and homeowners policies. All I read too is about all the lawsuits they're facing for not paying homeowners and contractors for damages. Never again would I use or recommend these losers. Big insurance company at it's worst!!"
